Let’s talk about business coaching in hair. It’s unregulated. It’s often predatory. There is zero certification needed for it. There are some coaching companies that are literally tearing salons apart. Salons that are losing staff hand over fist. Coaching companies teaching tax fraud and wage theft (I desperately wish I was kidding but sadly am not) Be CAREFUL who you trust out there.

After sharing their post to protect their privacy, even though the author of said thread was fine with the share, others were not and I would not like any more heat to go that creators way in any capacity.

I will say as an internationally certified coach that underwent almost a 1.5 years of training and recertification & testing every 2yrs, NOT ALL COACHES ARE FRAUDS. and there is an International Board of Coaches that maintains a very strict code for dealing with such intimate details of a human & their business.
