Smell and taste, yeah. Can't hear it (that I've noticed), although I'm not autistic that I know of lol I'm somewhere else on some other neuro divergent spectrum.

I have a horrible sense of smell but I have to drink water through a straw with a cup with a lid. I can always smell water and if I can smell it I can’t drink it.

Not hear but defo taste, sometimes smell. We have to also clean our ice trays regularly (I know you should anyway!) because sometimes they taste weird but my other half says they're fine 😬🤷🏼‍♀️ and yes absolutely on some waters tasting different

Yessss, I can’t drink water that has anything ‘soluble’ in it (paracetamol, rehydration sachets) either and I can physically feel the thickness of salt water in my mouth. Gag city

(I have whole home filter & softener ) but I’m confident warm water taste different than cold. My tap DEFINITELY tastes different than my fridge and alkaline tap (both go thru another filter to add minerals back lol) because of this I’ve become more attuned to water bottle tastes and have a shit list atm

Yes! That we’re able to hear the difference between hot and cold water is my favourite random fact 😆

I know when the tap has gotten hot by sound. Can also hear when my broken kettle (sans whistle) is boiling.
