A couple of weeks ago, may fraudulent transaction sa RCBC credit card ko. Panic mode si gurlie since matagal mag-reflect ang transaction sa app. I've never heard of this airline. I rarely use this card. So what happened next? ++

幾秒內	🆁🅴🅳🅹 🅸🆁🅸🆂 redjorange	1) I immediately locked my card. 2) Reported the incident sa bank, although it was 4hrs later pa. I raised that the transaction shouldn't have pushed through w/on OTP. 3) Bank blocked my card then created a report. Said they'll replace the card. 4) Replacement card arrived in less than a week. 5) Locked the new card after activation. 6) Followed up 2 weeks later on the report. ++
