一小時內	vibes based organism vibesbasedorganism	Yeah, it isn't. You run the way you run. Can your individual running economy improve,yes. But that doesn't mean changing to be a forefoot striker. I'm a mid foot runner. Just work with what you got.
8 小時內	Ground Up groundtospace	I changed to forefoot running in my mid-20s, and it feels natural now. But over the past year I've been sidelined with plantar and calf pain as I tried to get back into it. I may have to look at changing a little.
