When you discuss it long enough, you realize that in many instances Non-Trinitarianism is just as silly as Trinitarianism. When I read the Bible and Book of Mormon, Non-Trinitarianism makes more sense to me, so that's the side I stand on. What's important to understand is that God doesn't require you to believe one or the other. Your beliefs about the Trinity don't save you - Jesus Christ does. Believe in Jesus Christ. He will save you.

We even see it in 1 century sources outside of the bible of the trinity belief in instructions to baptise. In the bible, Didache, and then I think one Hebrew(non Christian) source saying we baptise by the Father,Son,Holy Spirit. But up until Nicene we really didn't have the language to describe their relationship. We had to redefine words
