I dropped about $100 for my last ear piercing and that was setup ($25) and earrings only as it was a practice run for a new piercer. I got the cheapest earring option they had. It would’ve been around what you paid if I went for different earrings and paid full price for the service. Legit piercing studios are good, but they are expensive.

I got mine done a few months in BC Canada (so $CAD). It cost $100 plus tip all in.

As far as I know, that’s because of the way the debit machines work - they can’t ask for a tip on just part of the purchase without ringing it up as separate transactions. Choose the manual tip option and tip on the cost of the service without the products added. They’re not actually expecting you to tip on product, it’s just a downside of how the machines work.

Idk where you live but I’ve never had a piercing with jewlery cost over $200 including tip (and I tip 20% normally)

😵‍💫 I payed $15 per hole for the last ones I had done. And they were very clean and it was done really well. The place I did my nose was $80, but that was with really expensive jewelry

I have 11 piercings and none of them were that expensive. That’s insane

It depends on the jewelry, which, in my case, is the most expensive part of getting pierced. I’ve 11 above the neck, used to have 14. Once spent between $600-700 on one piece of jewelry for my rook piercing, which I still wear.

$ 125 for a 2 minute service. Plus tax. Plus tip. ‘Murica.

I think most of my ear piercings were ~$40 which included the cost of jewelry and tipping wasn’t mandatory (the main place I go for piercings is cash-only) but it’s considered polite to tip $5 or so
