Running is cool now! Thanks to hundreds of ripped dudes who got into running. - On the flip side, a lot of runners are now changing their minds and opinions on lifting weights and the whole strength training. You have to understand that it's a volume game. You cut back on running to do strength training, and cut back on lifting to run. Sacrifice strength and size for aerobic gains and lose a bit of your wind to gain size and strength. Depending on your goals you periodise your training.
