Td borak dgn my HR pasal kejadian semalam. I saw this lady complain pasal dia apply kerja, dpt shortlisted dan masa pergi interview tu dia kena reject sebab HR kata dia tak ada skills & qualification yg company tu nak. So her complain kaw2 la kata HR tak tapis betul2 so membazir masa dia je pergi interview tu. At first, i rasa she has a point la nak marah.. but the way she complain macam HR tu incompetent sangat. AND NOW IT GOT ME THINKING…

Dia ada baca JD tak before dia apply? If she did, then dia mesti tahu basic requirements kan. Sbb reason dia kena reject tu was lack of skills & qualifications. So kat sini ada 5 possibilities: 1) Dia still apply walaupun dah tahu dia tak meet requirements? 2) Maybe based on JD, dia met the requirements, tp turns out ada misleading communication by the company? 3) HR tu rasa she may have the potential so invite her for an interview to know her better?

Kita fhm kalau dia apply sbb nk try luck in case boleh learn new skill and add the value or knowledge. But even kena reject pun, supposed to be okay, sbb at least hr tu inform dia knapa dorang reject.

Tapi kan saya baca dia ounya komen.. dia tau dia xde skill yg co tu nak. So dia cuba2 koot dapat.. so irresponsible. Banyak kkeje pulak nk tapis.. dia yang tak mudahkaan keje orang. Jangan apply kalau dah tak layak.. kita xbuang masa orang.. orang tak buang masa kita. Lain la kalau post tu lower dari gred kita

Sometimes kita apply walaupun kita xde skills mcm jd nak sbb nak belajar benda baru.. kat situ dah tunjuk candidate is willing to learn new things.. so bila HR panggil shortlisted, but hiring manager reject.. for me.. hiring manager salah sbb x filter awal2 walaupun dah shirtlisted by hr.. based on my experience, final shortlist candidates sebelum hr call for iv falls under hiring manager responsibility..

Kalau nak ikut rasa tersakiti, i pun nak claim la. Pernah applied kerja memang related with my skills/experience/qualification tapi office dekat seremban, i got the iv, went to seremban frm KL, terdesak time tu jobless. Sekali masa iv, hiring mgr masuk tak sampai 5 min cakap2 (i lupa terus dia ckp apa),the end. Takde tanya2 background ke apa. Terkedu jap tertanya2 eh dh habis ke ni sbb dia terus keluar takde mention apa2 hahahahaha. Nak cakap pengalaman ni mcm2 jgn cepat melatah merungut

Me as hr bhgn recruitment.. mmg mengaku kami ni x maksum.. tp sometimes sy selalu nak bg peluang kat org.. ada yg sgt happy dpt kerja.. terharunya masyaAllah sbb dia mmg nak kerja n perform well dlm iv.. hmm.. entahlah..skrg ni u buat apa2 pun ada je x kena di mata org.. kdg2 sama2 kena cermin diri sendiri

The attitude tho. Sebab tu kena reject. Sometimes people with experience like HR will ask a different question that unrelated to the job to test personality. If apply for mangerial position, matilanak semua staff bawah dia😂. Tak pernah salah dan bossy.
