Actually, it won't. The injury per training time isn't higher compared Crossfit with other gym based training. And the injury normally result from "training without experience or supervision". Probably initial popularity when it first entered the scene, was very trendy + alot of totally untrained individuals joined group based CF warehouses, hard to access/monitor prehaps ? staff numbers/popularity/client experience level honesty, financial gain etc

Completely false when you go to a good CrossFit gym. I own a box. We have no more injuries than athletes doing other sports.

I looked at my friends CrossFit programming and it was basically ballistic shoulder work 5 days a week. Then people wondered why their shoulders hurt
