Update: I got an email from the customer finance rep informing me he had “sent the refund to processing today.” Called my book rep as a heads up that I was going to be pretty blunt in my response to finance rep. Emailed customer finance rep, CCd the book rep. Thought for a minute, Googled, and added the CEO in the to: line. Listed the multiple ways this transaction has been terrible, pointed out they’ve held $350 of mine - caused by their mistakes - hostage for 6 weeks. (1/2)
