The last couple weeks have been a non-surprising eye opener for me in regards to my 2nd job. There are people I work with now that I used to work with many years ago. And while I like to think I’ve grown up and still try to put my team before myself when it comes to the work…they still haven’t. Putting me down to others in order to feel better about yourself is just telling of your insecurities, not my imperfections. I admit my weaknesses, and I’m not doing this work for personal glory. 1/
