Kinda new with multi-monitor setup on Windows 11. I wonder why Windows does not open an app on the monitor it was clicked on. For example, if I search for an app on the Windows search and open it from monitor 2, it will still open on the primary monitor. I understand that it remembers the monitor it was last used on, but for apps which were never opened after the two monitors were set up still open on the primary one! Windows11
