As a small business, I am begging you, read the listings. Not sure if customers are aware the weight Etsy puts on reviews. It impacts our search ranking, and consequently, our sales. Please read the listings. And take some accountability. It’s almost as if Etsy doesn’t want them to read about what they are getting. Just click buy it now. Which incidentally they can now do from the picture alone. I noticed this morning there is a “buy it now” button on the pictures. 🫠

Could you use one of your photo slots to put sizing information on in addition. I some customers won't even scroll all 10 photos but at least it is another way to show the info. 🫶

2 天內	Brigitte DeGroff old_mill_jewelry	I received a four-star review that was for the same exact issue and almost the same exact words! It said beautiful but a little smaller than expected. I show all of my listings next to a quarter or a ruler, often both. I have all the sizes described in item details and in the description. I lost my star seller rating for a month because I only had a certain number of sales and out of those a certain number of reviews so the percentage dropped below acceptable levels.
