When I gig I don’t have a tip jar as it doesn’t seem to be a thing here in the U.K. In fact when I have had a tip or two it’s always from American tourists. As happened last night (he handed it to me). Do any U.K. gigging musicians on here have a tip jar when they play?

33 分鐘內	Tim Fletcher tim.fletcher.773	I'm in the UK too, and I've never thought to put out a tip jar. Although one band we put together at the last minute for a gig got a nice tip. This guy came up and asked for 'Sweet Child O Mine', and although hadn't ever played it together, we gave it a go. He came back with a bottle of champagne!
