I don't buy Kimchi from market, because it tastes less good with some chemicals they add at the factory and it's hard to taste "freshness" Cuz it gets permented a lot during distribution. My home kimchi is always the best! Anyone has tried to make at home as well?

I leave them out a bit more fish sauce.
