2 小時內	Jonathan Mast ultra50man	Most have answered. What I learned my first marathon I succumbed to the over hydration pressure. On reflection I probably lost 9 minutes hitting the ports ( now that I do trail running only not an issue) anyway to meet my goal of sub four hours I learned what worked on hydration. 3:53 no pee breaks on 4th and final try.

Doesn't sound long enough for a toilet break to be needed if you don't eat and drink a lot before. (For me a marathon would take at least 4 hours in total if I chop it up into 8-10 parts over a month or so, but I'm no runner.)
