Author friends with experience ordering their books for in person events, did you prefer ordering from Ingram, Bookvault, or good ole KDP? Amazon took over 2 weeks to get me a box of 20 hard covers, and there was no expedited shipping option. Both have downfalls. You best have you book 100% finalized, approved and ordered at least one month out from your signing to be safe.

For smaller orders (I've never done more than 200) it takes about 3 weeks if I don't expedite anything. I do events regularly enough that I reorder when my supply dips below 50 for any book
