In my community this month we’ve been focusing on grounding to help with stress reduction. Yesterday while it was nice out I took my kiddos with me and to help them be present (they are 4 and 6) I asked them These things… 1. What are 5 things you can hear right now? 2. What are 4 different colors you can see right now? 3. What are 3 things you are touching? 4. What are 2 things you can smell right now? 5. What is something you can taste right now? They loved it ❤️
