ADHDers who take meds: how do you know that your meds are in effect for the day? People talk about theirs making them jittery, which I have not personally experienced, but I know is very real. I wake up, make coffee, (sometimes) help kids get ready for school, eat food, put on music and then set in for content creation tasks. I don’t take my meds until around 10. 1/2

一天內	Vän Standard a.van.calling	It’s usually one of the first things I do in the morning- I know it’s coming in to effect when it’s time to make my first coffee, about 30 minutes later. I take a very small dose to help my executive function while being easier on my belly and heart. Regulation is such a luxury after spending decades in the fog of dysregulation. What a blessing to have a voice and place to share it.
