Ok fam, why is this so often used as a *gotcha* argument against Taylor Swift? Taylor grew up privileged, obviously. Her parents also paid for her brother to go to Notre Dame soo… what’s the difference? Like, sure help her get noticed or a contract or whatever but it was her and her songwriting and hard work that got her where she is. Ask any of the biggest country stars in the industry that worked with her. Or just anyone who’s worked with her. I just don’t understand this argument.
