Been on hold with Spectrum for 13.5 minutes for no reason other than I’m trying to cancel my services and they want to “look over my account”. Dude comes back and says they’ll offer me 600 gigs for $40 which is still more than I’m paying with my new provider? I said no that I already started services with the fiber company and am not interested in staying. He rudely informed me he would be right back with a manager. Bruh. This isn’t up for debate. I don’t need a retention manager. 1/2
