There's a term used for this "Euroasia" o "euroasiatico" is referred most with the countries that are in the limit between continents The thing is that the US have this "Americas" with an S to refer "both" continents however in LATAM they teach us that it's only one continent "America" and is divided in sections North, Central and Sout The same happen with Africa for example, is just one continent but it has 5 sections: North, Central, South, West, East

The Ural mountains splits modern day Russia so thet defined the land to the east as a separate landmass.
