This has happened twice now on American Airlines: 1. AA 1529 ORD-LAS. Low oxygen in main cabin as flight attendant does seat belt demonstration. I can barely breathe. It's not depressurization-- there's plenty of stale carbon dioxide in the cabin. It feels like breathing in a paper bag when you have the hiccups. I began to panic. Finally, the engines kicked in, and the air returned.

幾秒內	arizona2200	2. AA 2636 LGA-ORD. The cabin was 80-85 degrees when I boarded with, again, low oxygen. I asked the flight attendants if they could ask the pilots to turn on the APU. They said we'd be pushing back any minute and graciously offered to let me stand at the door. One gave me ice water with a wet paper towel. Finally, the engines started, and the air conditioning started, too. No one else seemed bothered in the slightest, and I'm panicking--worried about passing out. Has anyone noticed this before?
