Y'all I love my MIL but she was raised as such a non abused only daughter princess she literally didn't realize she was Autistic until her 50s and so every time she's with my autistic/ADHD kid my kid regresses and it's just.... my ADHD /C-PTSD brain (that had to take the emotional temp of every room and help in significant ways without being asked, explained to, or celebrated afterwards) is so so so so so...goddamn tired.

14 小時內	nobody's gonna know singing.and.co	Damn, this. I didn't start to orient towards emotional temp around me until the abuse doubled down. I have a ref point for "before trauma", and l know that it isn't common in CPTSD. The before me was very much an AuDHD, only kid, princess who could do no wrong 🙃 and very sheltered from family drama/trauma.
