That's a thing? I'm in Winnipeg and this is only the case at some intesections and some only during rush hour

I saw someone turn right on red. Last year. They were from out of province.

I hate places where that is the rule, so stupid.

But is there signage? Because everywhere else in Canada, when you're not allowed to turn right on red.... There's signs. 👀

Brit here - does turning right on red mean that when there’s a red light, you can drive through it to turn right in some places? But people driving straight on or turning left have to stop? That would completely throw me. I’d be the one being knocked down!
