A big reason AI is being pushed so hard is we've reached the limit of human productivity. Corporate America is as lean & efficient as possible. Teams are drowning in work & burnt out. Employers don't want to pay for more headcount so they're desperate for a force multiplier

一天內	Managing a Starship managing_a_starship	Going to have to strongly challenge this notion. Corporate America is neither lean or efficient. AI is being pushed because corporate thinks it means that they don't have to rely on certain employees anymore. Less employees means less money paid out, which looks better to stock holders, which gets higher bonuses for senior leadership. It is not for force multiplication. It's short sighted decision making like always.
