Recently I applied for some regular jobs, as we’re moving overseas and working for EU- based company would make some things easier. Any company I interviewed assumed that my 10-year experience running my own thing doesn’t count as work experience & only cared for my junior positions before🤣 It’s comical, because businesses I created generated 10x more the salary offered for me and 100x actual profit for clients. It seems to me that companies these days want only those who are indeed afraid (1/2)
