1. You wanna know how good the body is at remembering?
Every. Single. Sunday. From 1030am-230 or 3pm I will be an anxious mess.
I will be snappy. I will be fighting off panic. I will feel depression.
Most of the times I choose to take a nap with my daughter during this time to not be awake for most of it.
I've beat myself up emotionally for feeling this way and thinking I should be better than this and work past it. It should "go away". It's a problem.
