I'm starting a project for myself called the anti-depression project. Basically I will be keeping a close track of things that are essential and happy. And I'll track them and take baby steps every day, to reclaim my old self. Any ideas are welcome.

I am on the same journey as you but instead of reclaiming my old self, I focus on becoming the new me- someone who loves herself and sees the world in a positive light. I also accepted the fact that I will never be everyone’s cup of tea. And it’s okay. Now I see that is the beauty of it because I want to be with people I resonate with. Now, it’s almost my 2nd year fighting depression, still on meds. Hoping it will be tapered down next year. So I am rooting for you!
