Anxiety and anxiety disorder are different things. Everyone has anxiety. Not everyone has an anxiety disorder

Eh, I personnally think that's fine. I am pretty anxious, but it is manageable and not debilitating. I realize over time I do a lot of things out of anxiety -- avoiding stressfull things until I can't anymore, overthinking, over "preparing" for everything [...] but overall, It's pretty manageable. For a long time, I couldn't discern stress from anxiety though (which is what you're probably refering to here)

People without clinical anxiety can feel anxious. Conversely, I have diagnosed GAD (with some other diagnoses for extra fun 😒) but am not an anxious person overall.

Very much agree. Having anxiety is a normal human experience. Having an *anxiety disorder* is inherently different.

Every human on the planet experiences anxiety because it's a normal human emotion. If anything, people who have *anxiety disorders* should be the ones to indicate that their anxiety is an atypical *disorder* and not the normal kind of anxiety that everyone else experiences
