When a spiritual worker complains that their clients, acquaintances, family, etc are not willing to do the inner work - they are sending out a beacon to others that they are not a safe person to work with. There are so many people who need help with deeply stagnant generational and ancestral pain. Many people are lost in our spiritual buffet style society. When you judge you are letting people know that you are not a safe space. You are not a safe practitioner.

Spiritual work should never be competitive. Use discernment, instead of judgment. Someone isn’t ready to do the deep dive? Okay, that’s a great starting point - do you have the capacity to pinpoint why? Do you have the skills to help a person release and flow through the stagnancy so they can get to that point? Yes? Then what are you complaining about.
