I mention this because of the recent provincial election and some people's opinions regarding taxation. An example: My wife and I are both wage earners. We are solid middle class with an HHI over $300k. We pay close to $100k in income tax, and NO political party is going to cut our tax rate, ever. We don't make enough to off-shore and hide, and we don't own a business that we can use to fraudulently alter our income. Right or left, we are the middle class golden sheep to be sheared. 🧵
