“if you paid attention” Unfortunately, paying attention requires your nervous system to be in a particular state. Being unwilling “to just TRY” is a big, bright waving flag of chronic dysregulation. Extra unfortunately, idk what that means for you…because you’re a teacher, not a doctor or therapist. ☹️
