My teen has a teacher who regularly calls home. My kiddo is a new student in a rural school in her senior year. It's a terrible time to need to move schools, make new friends, and try to integrate into a new (and already) close-knit community. And regularly, the teacher calls for seemingly innocuous things. I've arranged a quiet room for her assignments during her afternoon block. I brought extra craft supplies so she can work on her project here. Since she wasn't in today, a heads up there's a quiz tomorrow she wouldn't have known about, but it'll be open book so she can find yesterday's lesson details. (2/3)
