I'm making the difficult but necessary cuts in my life with family and friends who support the orange felon, my heart breaks but I won't and can't tolerate hate....I blocked my half sister today with more to come inincluding my own dad, I have to protect my peace. Am I wrong? To harsh? I really can't try to see the other side, I don't align.. .

Also, when my son went through addiction, I sat in those rooms with people going through what I was going through. The biggest take away was when the group leader said, "If someone takes away your serenity, remove them from your life." It's hard, but has to be done for self preservation.
