hi i work at a major one. it’s because we have price quotas to fill when we price things and the CEOs have to make money . it’s not good and makes no sense. i got a nice picture in with a price tag for $150. they made me price it to sell there for $50. i was gonna put $15. i don’t agree with it at all and think it’s stupid asf. thanks for coming to my ted talk
