I am fizzing with frustration and anger with AO who supplied and delivered my new fridge freezer this week. We paid extra for them to remove the old freezer and unpack and dispose of packaging and old appliance. After repeatedly asking them to take care as it was a new floor and being told not to worry ,been doing this for years...guess what? Yes, they gouged a piece out of the flooring, right in the middle of the kitchen!!. They apologised, took photos and reported it immediately. ⬇️
