Once Along & Angah started sleeping by themselves after Achik was born, they both would end up busy playing instead of sleeping. When I separated them, Angah would sleep first, while Along would do the staring into the dark & deep in thoughts. This went on for years, till I found a video about letting your certain type of kids (forgot the term) jump about etc before bedtime. 2️⃣⤵️

幾秒內	AdhDIbros•SG adhdibros	Since I tried the normal why, I thought, why not. So I let them dance since it’s one of their especially Along’s favourite activities. After some time, I got them to drink water before opening calming songs. Guess what? I works amazingly for Along! It didn’t work as well for Angah or Achik, so now I don’t force them to dance before sleeping. How about you? How’d you get your hyperactive ADHDear to sleep? 3️⃣🔚
