While I validated them getting pissed (hello, you also would be pissed if people used your things without your permission or someone kept looking at you despite asking them nicely not to), I also talked about making better choices. Usually I would talk, but today, the idea to use a timeline got sparked. While explaining, I can see how their faces looked like they needed help, so I asked for paper & pen. 3️⃣⤵️

I also asked them, what could they have done differently, which is what I often asked them. This time, it’s something concrete they can see through the diagram.
