I understand how intimidating it can be to stand up for yourself. I was harrassed by my line manager when I worked in a supermarket bakery: I was the only other female staff member under 50, and he'd make constant comments about my breasts, which aren't small or inconspicuous. At first I laughed it off, trying to 'not make a big deal about it' then I tried ignoring it, hoping he'd take the hint. I didn't want to risk my job. It went on for about 2 months. 1/3

幾秒內	Steph Johnson stephanij19	One evening, while I was cleaning the bottom shelving he got real close to me and said "while your down there" and pretended to open his belt. That was the final straw. I stood up straight and said, loudly enough for customers and other employees to hear, "you've got to stop making comments like that. It's making me uncomfortable. If you make another comment like that I'll have to report you to HR." He got the message and basically only spoke to me about work related stuff after that. 2/3
