The reason they hold on to you because they know if u run into someone who truly deserves u, they’ll loose u FOREVER! & won’t be able to benefit anymore. While being w u holding u hostage, they cheat in search for what they truly want. Once they find it then they’ll eventually move on. Stop thinking you can change them. YOU CAN’T!!! Because you’re not who they want!!!! But in the end you become damaged. Now you think everyone is like that. Get outta there before you can be use for all you have ‼️

My ex did this and every time I brought this up saying if I’m not who you truly want let me go don’t hold onto me. With everything in him he said if I didn’t want you I wouldn’t be here only for me to catch him with the girl he cheated with. I say girl not woman cause she knew about me and didn’t care. Now she has him and thinks she won a prize.

It’s true.. I found out later everything I knew was a lie. I’m happy I got out with my life.. I nearly died trying to see the “good” that was never there.

Literally. I get this a lot in my talking stages. They literally will lead me on until I like them frfr and concentrating on them, then they’ll slowly detach while also telling me it has nothing to do with me. But overall I’ve learned to let that shit go. The one for me isn’t going to be playing games and will genuinely want to know me and be with me. But it took so long to get that way and even now I still be having to tell myself STAND UP 😭😭😭😭
