Charter schools exist to siphon money from public schools. They skirt regulations, use public school resources like buses and teachers, and are allowed to kick kids out at any time, for any reason.

I don’t understand the argument against school choice. Literally makes run down public schools do better instead of going through the motions and not helping children.

Unpopular opinion: a private school also doesn’t necessarily make it the best fit for your child.

I went to a charter school & it was not what I expect it 🤣 it was the ghetto ghetto, you couldn’t bring ANYTHING. Only yourself. Ur phone gets locked away. Anything you bring gets locked away. lol but you could graduate sooner lol

There are a number of charter schools in my community perfohave worst outcomes than the public school. So why send your child there!?!

I didnt realize the conversation surrounding charter schools isn't favored. Ive had really good experiences with my keikis charter schools. Ours may be hard to get in due to the select amnt they're allowed in but I haven't heard of them kicking keiki out. These comments are very revealing. So sorry yall have not gotten a good experience.
