Getting very tired of what I will call Woke wine. Had dinner in a restaurant Saturday in New Orleans. Set menu with wine pairings. All of the wines were “natural” whatever that really means. When restaurants (and their VERY earnest servers) stress this it mostly seems to mean WEIRD. Two were from Japan! I try to seek out wines made organically (or even biodynamically like Chapoutier) but the first requirement is that they taste good. How about that be the first criteria?
