The feeling does not go away but it gets easier to carry. My Mom died 12,23,22 and my wife died 01,11,23. I am still grieving but the debilitating bouts of depression are getting weaker and farther apart. If this old man could give you a hug he would.

My condolences 💐, I’m soooo very sorry for your loss! I’ll keep you in prayer 🙏. I lost my mom to natural causes in 2016. I miss her everyday. But I know now she’s in a better place. You heal when your ready not when everyone else tells you to. Because after my mom passed I didn’t talk to anyone for a year. After my father passed when I was 10 she was all I had as a parent. Pray 🙏 about it every day. The healing ❤️‍🩹 takes time.

I’m so sorry that’s a tremendous amount of grief to be carried at once, there might be some grief counseling available near you and it may help, I know it’s helped me.
