This year is the year I tell the RAC to get fucked. Being a member for 20 years and fed up with the annual price haggle dance and knowing I can get it cheaper elsewhere, but too lazy to switch. And yeah, it was the use of the word "slightly" that did it!

8 小時內	Jason W thejaydoubleyou	I got AA cover when I bought my current car in February so let my existing RAC cover lapse. Before it ended they offered me 25% off THEN 20% off… if I’m not tempted by 25% off I’m hardly going to go for 20% am I? 😁
9 小時內	Nick Hough nick.hough	Both the RAC and AA are now big corporations with no loyalty to 'members'. We're in the AA again but we got a great deal through meeting an AA repairman once, who gave us a tip off when there was a sale about to start. Membership of one of the two IS cost-effective unless your car is exceptionally reliable.
