The total scam of Southwest pre boarding policies continues. Groups of 3/4 people together with one pre-boarder who actually needs it. People blocking rows. What a scam for people who pay to be A1-15. First line available is 15 I am not one of them today but it’s embarrassing. I just learned they are launching assigned seating late 2025. Too late.

一小時內	Michael Patrick chester.mcgonigle	I used EB recently and ended up with A28. I'm pretty sure I was probably the 70th person to get on that airplane. There was at least a dozen people who needed wheelchairs on departure. I overheard one of the attendants saying only two people needed them on arrival. I like Southwest, but I'm getting pretty tired of this nonsense.

2 小時內	Renee Newman drnewman6	It should be only one person can board early with a handicapped person (unless they have a child under - say 12). I see 3 o 4 grown ass people boarding with a person in a wheelchair. NOPE that shouldn't happen.
5 小時內	E L E N A emramirez1	My mom does need a wheelchair as she has trouble with her knees. The times we’ve travel as family only my dad, myself or one of my siblings go with her. We do this because it bothers me when I am solo flying and see the hordes of family members accompaning one wheelchair. They ruin it for those who actually need it.
