新階段教練想針對上挺,原本3日訓練(2挺、1抓)
同教練傾如果加番多一日抓。
所以就有今日的snatch session II 訓練,暫時練到就練,看看適不適應。連續2日抓,係感覺手掌皮膚痛D (if you know you know )
