Don’t be ridiculous

everyone in the comments acts like hotels are 100% fully booked all the time..just don’t assign a room that won’t be ready at that time. it makes NO sense to lose more than half your day by a 3pm check in, it’s such a scam

lol not much of a business mind. Most ideas sound good but are just not practical. This idea however doesn’t even make sense.

Never run a hotel

Sure, that’s possible. However, I think hotels would then charge a higher room rate to make up for the lost revenue of rooms sitting empty overnight. And as a guest I’d end up paying more per night whether I cared about checking in/out early/late or not. So I might choose another cheaper hotel that doesn’t do this service. There’s always the option to pay for an extra night on those occasions where you’d like to stay beyond the normal hours.
