He put all his eggs in one basket and then told me to bake with it… He went waaaaaaaay over our $25 limit and got me a stand mixer. Yes, I’ve been talking about how one would make my life easier. Yes, I have aspirations to be a baker. But being told that this was justified because “the money doesn’t matter, it’s the thought that counts” but also because it’s gonna be worthwhile in the longterm. But also he gets to enjoy all the goods that come from it…. So was this for me or for him? 🤦‍♀️
