There were no citizens who match your qualifications? Or none who would work for the offered compensation? I find it hard to believe with our vast education system, we can’t produce one person with the qualifications necessary for the job.

Workers that come here should have the option to easily quit, change careers, and switch employers without the threat of deportation. It gives too much leverage to employers and with that leverage comes a suppression of wages and unionization.
